Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive email management solution, which will grant you full control over your e-mailbox accounts and email newsletters. With this easy-to-navigate graphical user interface, you can create a new mailbox in an instant and manage its settings with ease. Furthermore, you can redirect electronic mails from one mailbox account to another, finetune email filters, create auto-reply messages and guard your e-mail accounts against spam emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can secure all your mail accounts against junk electronic mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no undesired messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your electronic mail messages will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether a mail message flagged as spam should be erased or forwarded to a particular email box.
Email Filters
Email filters are great for filtrating your incoming e-mails on the basis of specific rules set by you. Creating e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will go into effect instantly. You can swiftly set up an email filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and set the mail filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming emails from one e-mail box account to another, or even to several other e-mail accounts. Just choose the email mailbox you would like to forward electronic mail messages from, then specify the destination e-mailbox and indicate if you want to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily configure the mail client of your preference to access your email box accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox account you wish to set up on your personal computer or mobile phone and click on the email client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new e-mailbox account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, managing multiple mailbox accounts at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager user interface will also permit you to quickly create an auto-reply message - specify the message you want people to view and our system will handle everything else. And if you want to configure a catch-all email box - you can achieve that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
